Yoga can help soothe tight muscles and improve agility, balance, flexibility, concentration and focus, all of which can assist with injury prevention, enhanced athletic performance and quicker recovery.

Bonnie came to yoga as a long-distance runner and triathlete. Yoga has been integral to her ability to remain active in sports such as running, cycling, swimming, hiking and pickleball. She has had the privilege of working with elite runners, triathletes and cyclists, professional football players, dancers, and soccer players. Private and small-group yoga sessions can be tailored to the needs of each individual athlete.
